Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged between 30 and 70 years, regardless of gender; 2. According to the 2014 IMWG criteria, patients clinically diagnosed with MM that meet the following conditions: (1) clonal bone marrow plasma cells >=10% or biopsy-confirmed presence of bone or extramedullary plasmacytomas, (2) at least one of the following bone marrow defining events: end-organ damage, including hypercalcemia, renal impairment, anemia, imaging studies showing bone lesions, serum light chain ratio >=100 in involved/uninvolved, MRI revealing more than one focal lesion in the bone marrow; 3. White blood cell count >3×10^9/L; 4. Women of childbearing age who are able to comply with contraception six months after PET/CT imaging; 5. Voluntarily and capable of complying with all examination items of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe infections within the past month; 2. Biopsy procedures other than bone puncture performed within 10 days prior to the PET/CT examination; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. History of other tumors; 5. In the past year, participation in other research protocols or clinical care, apart from the expected radiation exposure from this clinical study, resulting in an effective dose of radiation exposure exceeding 50 mSv; 6. Groups unsuitable for receiving radioactive substances, such as pregnant women; 7. History of severe allergies.
