Conditions

pulmonary hypertension

Interventions

Gold Standard:During the resting state, the mPAP measured by the right heart catheter was greater than 20 mmHg, and the PVR was greater than 2 Wood units
the pre-capillary pH needs to be within the range of PAWP = 15 mmHg, while the post-capillary pH is PAWP > 15 mmHg.
Index test:Cardiopulmonary magnetic resonance imaging with multi-parametric and multi-sequence protocols (including cine MRI, native T1 mapping, T2 mapping, late gadolinium enhancement, 4D Flow hemody

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years old; 2. Clinically suspected or diagnosed with PH by right heart catheterization; 3. The interval between cardiopulmonary magnetic resonance and right heart catheterization is less than 72 hours;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for cardiopulmonary magnetic resonance examination (such as claustrophobia, non-compatible MRI metal implants in the body, severe renal dysfunction, etc.); 2. Severe arrhythmia affects the quality of imaging; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Expected lifespan < 6 months (such as in cases of advanced malignant tumors);
