Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtained a nursing practice qualification certificate and registered it; 2. Engaged in clinical nursing work in the hospital and worked in a fixed nursing unit during the research period; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation; 4. No experience in reflective practical training;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in other trainings or researchers during the training period; 2.Individuals with serious physical or mental illnesses that affect normal learning and assessment; 3.Nurses who are on vacation and not on duty during the training period;
