Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: MCI selection criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Score on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) = 18 points), with an additional 1 point for each year of education 17 points, primary school education > 20 points, secondary school education > 22 points, university education > 23 points); 4. Have certain ability to perform daily activities and can cooperate with the assessor (ADL score <= 22 points); 5. Stable chronic diseases and functional status; 6. Have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those diagnosed with vascular dementia or Lewy body dementia; 2. Those who previously suffered from upper limb movement disorders due to cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Those diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome; 4. Those with joint and bone disorders affecting motor functions; 5. Those who have suffered fractures within the past 12 months; 6. Those with severely limited auditory and visual abilities that affect normal communication; 7. Those diagnosed with severe dementia; 8. Those with serious diseases or an expected survival period of less than 1 year or an unstable functional state; 9. Those who have recently received cognitive rehabilitation intervention; 10 Those who are currently participating in other clinical studies.
