Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: spinal cord injury patients between 18 and 65 years old. 2. Diagnosis requirement: Diagnosed with spinal cord injury through medical examination, with the motor plane located in the C5-C8 plane. 3. Upper limb function: There are no fractures or deformities in the upper limbs, and partial flexion and extension movements can be completed. 4. Cognitive ability: Possess good cognitive ability, able to understand and cooperate with rehabilitation training. 5. Exclude mental illness: No serious mental illness or other diseases affecting the study. 6. Informed consent: Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria Organ dysfunction: Severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys. 2. Failure to cooperate with research: Patients who are unable to cooperate in completing assessments and training. 3. Severe muscle atrophy or joint deformity (ROM loss>50%); 4. Taboos for installing electromagnetic devices such as pacemakers due to unhealed pressure ulcers or ectopic ossification; 5. There are serious complications such as autonomic; 6. reflex abnormalities in the combination of brain injury,; 7. peripheral neuropathy, and other neurological diseases; 8. Received botulinum toxin injection treatment within the past 3 months; 9. History of alcohol/drug dependence.
