18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 75 years; 2. MHD >= 3 months, three times per week, 4 hours each session; 3. Meet the AWGS 2019 diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia: reduced grip strength (men = 4 points; 5. Able to operate a smartphone and use WeChat; 6. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events in the past 3 months; 2. Severe arrhythmia or NYHA class III-IV; 3. Serious peripheral artery disease in the lower limbs or foot ulcers; 4. Active cancer or life expectancy less than 6 months; 5. Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness making cooperation impossible; 6. Already participating in other exercise intervention clinical trials.
