Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 40-75 years old, undergoing gastroduodenoscopy and NBI mode examination 2. Agree to undergo pathological examination of gastric mucosal biopsy (in accordance with clinical guidelines). Gastric mucosal biopsy is performed on patients who have obtained gastric mucosa according to the OGLM classification in the large curvature of the antrum, small curvature of the antrum, large curvature of the gastric body, small curvature of the gastric body, and gastric Angle 3. Patients who underwent EGGIM scoring during gastroscopy and had NBI images of the large curvature of the antrum, small curvature of the antrum, large curvature of the gastric body, small curvature of the gastric body, and gastric Angle retained 4. For prospective collection, an informed consent form was signed before the examination (for retrospective collection, an application for exemption from informed consent has been made)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, brain, lung or kidney dysfunction or mental illness that makes it impossible to tolerate gastroscopy 2. Previously underwent gastric surgery (such as gastrectomy, gastrointestinal anastomosis, etc.) 3. Active upper gastrointestinal bleeding affects endoscopic observation 4. Pregnant or lactating women who are undergoing anticoagulant therapy and cannot suspend it are known to have gastric cancer or other gastric malignancies
