Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years,Female;; 2.Patients with pathologically confirmed stage I–III left-sided breast cancer after breast-conserving surgery or mastectomy; 3.Patients requiring adjuvant radiotherapy to the whole breast or chest wall, with or without elective regional nodal irradiation; 4.Patients who are able to understand and cooperate with DIBH training and treatment procedures; 5.Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with metastatic breast cancer or indications for palliative radiotherapy; 2.Patients who are unable to follow or understand DIBH instructions due to language barriers, hearing loss, cognitive impairment, or other reasons; 3.Patients with severe cardiac or pulmonary disease, including NYHA class III–IV cardiac dysfunction or MRC dyspnea grade IV–V; 4.Patients who are unable to maintain deep-inspiration breath-hold for 20 seconds; 5.Patients considered unsuitable for this study by the investigator;
