Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18-80 years old; 2.Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lung surgery, including thoracoscopic wedge resection, segmentectomy, lobectomy, etc; 3.During the operation, a double lumen endotracheal tube is required for single lung ventilation; 4.ASA Classification I-III; 5.The patient or their legal representative provides informed consent and signs the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There is already significant sore throat, hoarseness, frequent coughing, or upper respiratory tract infection before surgery; 2.Previous history of laryngeal surgery, tracheal stenosis, tracheotomy, or known severe airway anatomical abnormalities; 3.Failure of double lumen catheterization, replacement with other airway tools during surgery, or conversion to thoracotomy; 4.Events such as severe hypoxia, aspiration, and significant airway bleeding that may significantly affect the evaluation of postoperative airway symptoms during surgery; 5.After the surgery, the patient was admitted to the ICU with a tube and was unable to complete early assessment of throat and airway symptoms; 6.Serious lack of data or inability to complete postoperative follow-up;
