Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. From July 2026 to June 2027, patients and healthy volunteers visiting the Department of Ultrasound Medicine at Union Hospital affiliated with Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology for clinical needs will undergo routine cardiac ultrasound exams (including standard transthoracic echocardiography views); 2. Can provide complete cardiac ultrasound images and video data, covering cases from normal heart structure and function to various heart diseases (video data, DICOM data, etc.) and clinical information, across different ages, genders, and BMI groups; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form with full signature and date; 4. Agree to cooperate with the study process and fully comply with data collection and related tasks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor image quality failing to meet diagnostic standards (defined as: images scored lower than 3 points on a 1–5 Likert scale after evaluation by two independent sonographers; or critical anatomical structures (e.g., endocardial borders) cannot be clearly visualized in at least two standard views, including but not limited to improper probe placement, insufficient coupling gel, and indistinct cardiac structures on ultrasound. In case of discrepant assessments between the two sonographers, a senior third physician will make the final adjudication); 2.Absence of DICOM-format ultrasound images; 3.Non-standard imaging views inconsistent with the requirements of the Chinese Expert Consensus on Standardized Clinical Application of Transthoracic Echocardiography; 4.Patients with severe global structural cardiac abnormalities (e.g., complex congenital heart disease and other special conditions); 5.Subjects with severe psychiatric disorders or inability to cooperate with examinations; 6.Minors aged under 18 years old; 7.Pregnant women; 8.Other conditions deemed inappropriate for study enrollment by the research physicians.
