Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inoperable locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) confirmed by histopathological examination was treated at Huzhou Central Hospital with volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT). The total radiation dose was >= 50 Gy, with a fractionated dose of 1.8 - 2.5 Gy per session, and the clinical and radiation treatment data were complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent primary malignancies; 2. History of splenectomy, active autoimmune disease, or long-term use of immunosuppressive agents; 3. Receipt of >=3 days of prolonged corticosteroid therapy (beyond physiologic replacement doses) during radiotherapy; 4. Missing critical follow-up data.
