Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the control group: Healthy individuals capable of providing informed consent, without chronic liver disease. 2. Inclusion criteria for MASLD patients: Based on hepatic steatosis (confirmed by histology on liver biopsy, imaging, or blood biomarkers) and meeting at least one of the following three conditions: overweight/obesity, type 2 diabetes mellitus, or metabolic dysfunction. Metabolic dysfunction is defined as the presence of at least two of the following metabolic risk factors: (1) Waist circumference >=90 cm in Asian men / >=80 cm in Asian women; (2) Blood pressure >=130/85 mmHg or on specific drug therapy; (3) Blood triglycerides >=150 mg/dL (>=1.7 mmol/L) or on specific drug therapy; (4) HDL-cholesterol =2.5; (8) High-sensitivity CRP >2 mg/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy or history of chronic liver disease. 2.Inability to tolerate CT examination. 3.MR contraindications. 4.Poor image quality on CT or MR (e.g., severe motion artifacts precluding lesion assessment).
