Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old, no gender restriction; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders specified in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5), confirmed by two attending physicians or above; 3. Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS) score >= 12 points; 4. 24-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-24) score >= 8 points; 5. Meets the diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorder (Type I or Type II) in the DSM-5, with a current depressive episode, confirmed by two attending physicians or above; 6. Young Mania Rating Scale (YMRS) score < 6 points (mixed episode excluded); 7. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the written informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other mental disorders that meet the diagnostic criteria of DSM-5 (such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, etc.); 2.History of dependence on or current abuse of psychoactive substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.); 3.History of organic brain diseases (such as epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, intracranial infection, brain tumor, etc.); 4.Suffering from severe physical illnesses (such as malignant tumors, heart failure, renal failure, liver failure, uncontrolled diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, etc.); 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Participated in other clinical studies within the past 3 months; 7.Combined with severe movement disorders or agitation that cannot cooperate with EEG/NIRS measurements;
