Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 2017 to December 2019, the patient was treated at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and met the KDIGO CKD diagnostic criteria (without dialysis); 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Baseline completion criteria: 12-lead ECG, transthoracic echocardiography, carotid artery ultrasound examination; 4. The imaging data are completely preserved.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Serious underlying diseases: Malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, active infections, advanced chronic liver diseases, chronic respiratory diseases (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary fibrosis), severe electrolyte imbalances; 2.Severe cardiac structural abnormalities: Known to have cardiovascular diseases, severe valve stenosis/restriction, congenital heart disease; 3.Special groups: Kidney transplant recipients, pacemaker implanters, pregnant/lactating women; 4.Excluding cases where the data quality does not meet the standards, and where the baseline data and ultrasound data are missing by more than 20%; 5.The ultrasound image is incomplete, making it impossible to evaluate the ultrasound data; the quality of the ECG is poor and cannot be interpreted.
