Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Residents currently undergoing standardized residency training at our hospital. 2.Residents whose rotation schedule includes a neurology training module. 3.Residents who voluntarily agree to participate in the educational research. 4.Residents who are able to complete the full intervention period and subsequent follow-up assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Residents who are unable to complete the intervention or assessments due to leave, external assignments, or rotation scheduling conflicts. 2.Residents with serious physical or mental health conditions that may affect their learning participation or intervention outcomes. 3.Residents who have already participated in similar educational research or received the same teaching intervention. 4.Residents who refuse to sign informed consent or explicitly express unwillingness to participate in the study.
