Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Hospitalized patients with positive blood culture of Klebsiella pneumoniae, meeting the diagnostic criteria for Klebsiella pneumoniae bloodstream infection; 3. The non-repetitive strains isolated for the first time shall be taken as the standard. For patients with positive multiple cultures, only the results of the first culture shall be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years; 2. Outpatients; 3. Important clinical data are incomplete; 4. Contaminated blood cultures.
