Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of stroke was confirmed based on the diagnostic criteria in "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023" and "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage 2019", and was verified by cranial CT or MRI imaging; patients with unilateral stroke and hemiplegia who are at least 18 years old; 2. The Fugl-Meyer Upper Limb Motor Function Assessment Scale (FMA-UE) score is >= 15 points; 3. The vital signs are stable, there is no obvious auditory or visual impairment, and the consciousness is clear; the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score is >= 17 points, and the patient can understand and cooperate with the training instructions; 4. The Brunnstrom staging of the affected upper limb is >= Stage II; 5. There is no joint dislocation, severe pain, or deep vein thrombosis in the affected upper limb; 6. The patient and their family members fully understand the research content and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of epilepsy, or combined with unstable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with active musculoskeletal diseases or fractures on the hemiplegic side; 3. Patients who have undergone upper limb-related surgical treatment within the past 6 months.
