Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18; 2.ASA I-IV; 3.emergency patients undergoing major abdominal surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women, women who have just given birth, and breastfeeding women; 2.Those with severe heart, brain, or respiratory diseases, or abnormal liver or kidney function before surgery; 3.People with hyperthyroidism, obstructive vasculitis, or thrombosis; 4.Anyone with severe shock of any type that can't be corrected; 5.Those known to be allergic to any drugs used in this trial; 6.Anyone who can't give informed consent for any reason;
