Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Spouses or direct blood relatives of teenage patients (12-18 years old) who have a history of attempted suicide by poisoning; 2. The patient's main caregiver and person responsible for medical decisions; 3. Fully conscious during the interview, with no cognitive or language barriers, able to express inner feelings correctly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Caregivers of patients with psychiatric disorders, cognitive impairments, or other severe physical illnesses; 2. Caregivers of patients whose ICU stay was less than 24 hours; 3. Age < 18 years; 4. Those who have experienced other traumatic events within the past six months (e.g., divorce, bereavement, etc.); 5. Patients who are critically ill; 6. Those who are unwilling to participate in the interview.
