Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18–70 years, either gender; (2) ASA physical status ?–?; (3) Patients scheduled for elective urologic surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation; (4) Intact bilateral upper extremities with normal cutaneous and motor nerve conduction function; (5) Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients complicated with severe organic diseases; (2) Patients with hearing impairment; (3) Patients with confirmed chronic pain; (4) Patients receiving preoperative or long-term analgesic medication; (5) Patients unable to cooperate with the study for any reason; (6) Participation in other interventional clinical trials concurrently; (7) Operation duration less than 30 minutes.
