Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.early pregnancy; 2.Normal cases of fixed motion ultrasound images stored in standard scanning facets of individual anatomical structures are obtained according to guidelines established by the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology; 3.The prenatal ultrasound imaging is complete; 4.Follow-up data were complete, including pregnancy outcomes, chromosomal findings, or echo ultrasound findings; 5.The subject himself agrees to participate in this clinical study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Screening at 11+6-13+6 weeks of gestation suggests cases of fetal developmental abnormalities, and cases of incomplete follow-up examination and unclear pregnancy outcome; 2.Screening at 11+6-13+6 weeks gestation suggests fetal death with unknown cause;
