Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: >=18 years; 2.Gender: Any gender; 3.Patients with primary disease, all confirmed as squamous cell carcinoma by preoperative pathological biopsy, and scheduled to undergo radical surgery; 4.Tumor site: Tongue, buccal mucosa, upper and lower gingiva, floor of mouth, hard palate mucosa; 5.Clinical stage: cT1–4N0–3M0 (AJCC 8th edition); 6.General condition: Patients able to tolerate radical surgery, with no contraindications to treatment; distant metastasis excluded by chest X-ray and/or abdominal ultrasound, with enhanced CT and/or MRI and/or PET-CT used for auxiliary diagnosis in suspicious case;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability to obtain complete clinical or baseline data; 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Foreign nationals with communication difficulties and patients with poor estimated compliance; 4.Patients with psychiatric disorders, intellectual disabilities, or cognitive impairment;
