Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old, scheduled for elective hip joint surgery in the near future (within 1 week); 2. ASA classification ?-?; patients whose frailty status was assessed as such using CSF (Clinical Frailty Scale) before the surgery; 3. Surgery duration <= 3 hours; 4. The patient or their legal representative has signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders that preclude completion of subjective outcome assessments; 2.Pre-existing severe neurological diseases that may interfere with postoperative functional evaluation; 3.Postoperative admission to the intensive care unit (ICU) or other conditions that prevent completion of postoperative day 1 recovery quality assessment.
