18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-35 years; 2) Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-24.0 cm²; 3) Visceral fat area (VFA) >= 70 cm²; 4) Willing to sign the informed consent form and comply with the study grouping and procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, and other metabolic diseases; 2) Uncontrolled psychiatric disorders; 3) Severe underlying diseases (e.g., renal failure, heart failure, cancer, etc.); 4) Use of medications that may affect study outcomes (e.g., antihypertensive, hypoglycemic, or lipid-lowering drugs); 5) Perimenopausal status or irregular menstrual cycles; 6) Women who are planning pregnancy, currently pregnant, or lactating; 7) Current smoking; 8) Unstable body weight within the past 3 months (fluctuation >4 kg).
