Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for multiple myeloma (MM) in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Multiple Myeloma (2024 Edition)" and receive standard chemotherapy regimens; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. Complete clinical data; 4. Expected survival period: >=6 months; 5. Karnofsky Performance Status Score (KPS) >=65 points (i.e., basically self-sufficient in daily life and able to tolerate chemotherapy); 6. No other special nutritional supplement treatment has been received within one month before chemotherapy. 7. There was no history of serious infection or gastrointestinal diseases within one month before chemotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe liver and kidney failure, heart failure, coagulation dysfunction, etc. 2. Allergy to the ingredients of complex small molecule peptide supplements; 3. Combined with other malignant tumors; 4. Have mental illness or cognitive impairment and be unable to cooperate in completing the research; 5. Participate in other clinical trials within one month before screening; 6. The researcher believes that the compliance is poor, or the researcher believes that the subject has any other circumstances that make it unsuitable to participate in this trial.
