Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with acute leukemia, meeting the relevant diagnostic criteria in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia (Non-acute Promyelocytic Leukemia)" (2023 edition); 2.Male or female patients aged >=18 years and =45 kg; 7. Expected survival >=3 months; 8.Women of childbearing age must undergo a pregnancy test (serum or urine) within 7 days prior to enrollment, with a negative result, and must agree to use appropriate contraception during the study; 9.Voluntarily willing to participate in this clinical trial, understand the study procedures, and able to sign the informed consent form in writing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncontrollable infections; 2.Extensive metastases in the vertebrae, long bone epiphyses, and flat bones; 3.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4.Individuals with a history of drug addiction or substance abuse; 5.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers.
