Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 years; 2.Pathologically confirmed CRC, and tumor stages were ?/?/?; 3.The patient was scheduled to undergo elective laparoscopic resection for CRC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent malignancies or severe comorbid conditions affecting the cardiovascular, hepatic, pulmonary, renal, or other major organ systems; 2.Inability to comply with study procedures; 3.The presence of an active infection.
