Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18–60 years, ASA classification I–III; 2. Types of surgery: (1) Restrictive fluid surgery: liver low central venous pressure surgery (e.g., liver cancer resection); (2) Controlled hypotension surgery, neurosurgery (e.g., intracranial aneurysm clipping); 3. Intraoperative hemodynamic parameters need to be monitored (e.g., PiCCO, cardiac ultrasound); 4. No skin damage or surgical incision in the area for heart sound collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe thoracic deformity, pneumothorax, massive pleural effusion (affecting heart sound conduction); 2.Severe arrhythmias (such as atrial fibrillation, ventricular fibrillation, normal S1/S2 cannot be recognized); 3.Cardiopulmonary bypass was used during the operation (heart sound signal disappeared before stopping); 4.Refusal to participate in the study or inability to cooperate with data collection.
