Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome by polysomnography (AHI > 30 times/h); 2. Age greater than or equal to 18 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with apnea of central or mixed type; 2. Individuals with a history of intellectual disabilities or mental illnesses who are unable to communicate normally; 3. Patients experiencing severe allergic reactions; 4. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
