6 Years to 14 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy; 2.Aged 6 to 14 years; 3.Level I or II on the Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS); 4.Able to walk with AFO or walk independently for more than 10 meters; 5.Score = 1 on the Revised Faces Pain Scale (FPS-R);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Received any medications or surgeries for improving cerebral palsy symptoms within the past 6 months; 2.Had contraindications to rTMS (e.g., cochlear implants, intracranial implants, elevated intracranial pressure, intracranial infection, acute hemorrhagic disorders); 3.Complicated with epilepsy; 4.Unable to cooperate with treatment due to severe cognitive, visual or auditory impairments;
