Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Blood type requirement: The pregnant women must be RhD-negative. 2. Time range: Pregnant women who registered for prenatal check-ups and delivered at Women and Children's Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from January 2015 to December 2021. 3. Study type: Retrospective inclusion of RhD-negative pregnant women who meet the above criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intervention treatment: Pregnant women who have received anti-D immunoglobulin preventive treatment. Data integrity: Pregnant women with missing or incomplete clinical data.
