Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent unexplained syncope, vasovagal syncope suspected; 2. Age 18-80; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Transient loss of consciousness caused by non-syncope causes (such as seizures, hysteria attacks, unexplained falls, and other rare factors); 2. Clearly diagnosed cardiogenic syncope, including tachyarrhythmia or bradyarrhythmia, severe aortic stenosis, pulmonary embolism, etc.; 3. Severe intracranial and extracranial vascular stenosis, severe coronary artery disease, severe mitral stenosis, severe hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy; 4. Severe anemia; 5. Severe arrhythmia; 6. Orthostatic hypotension or postural tachycardia with definite diagnosis; 7. Moderate to severe hypertension; 8. Pregnancy; 9. Glaucoma.
