Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >= 18 years old; 2. PA screening and confirmatory tests ( saline load test and / or captopril challenge test ) were performed. 3. PA screening negative / confirmed test negative, and exclude other secondary hypertension diagnosed as essential hypertension patients. 4. Patients who were diagnosed with PA by screening / confirmatory tests and were willing to carry out AVS typing ( or specific PA patients who did not need AVS typing according to the guidelines ). 5. Basic and ACTH stimulation tests were performed, and venous blood was collected. 6. Voluntary participation in this study and signing of the informed consent form. If the subject is unable to read or sign the informed consent form due to incapacity or other reasons, or if the subject is a minor, the informed consent process shall be conducted and the form signed by the subject's legal guardian. If the subject is unable to read the informed consent form (e.g., illiterate subjects), the informed consent process shall be witnessed and the form countersigned by an independent witness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PA patients who failed to be classified due to AVS examination failure; 2. PA combined with other endocrine hypertension, such as Cushing 's syndrome. 3. Combined malignant tumor; 4. Vulnerable populations, including patients with psychiatric disorders, individuals with cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, and others.
