Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled to undergo elective ERCP, which will be performed under sedation (non-intubated) anesthesia. 2.Assessed as frail, with a Clinical Frailty Scale (CFS) score >= 4. 3.Preoperative pulse oximetry SpO2 >= 94% (while breathing room air). 4.Expected to receive intravenous sedation with spontaneous breathing maintained during the procedure (non-intubated general anesthesia) and able to safely tolerate HFNC or nasal cannula oxygen therapy. 5.The patient or their legal representative understands the study content and provides written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inability to tolerate or contraindications to using nasal oxygen therapy devices (e.g., severe nasal deformity, active severe epistaxis, recent nasal/sinus surgery, etc.). 2.Recent (within the past 3 months) participation in other interventional clinical trials. 3.Severe impairment of mental/cognitive status.
