Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The period of stay in the ICU was from January 2016 to December 2023; 2. S-AKI patients who met the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis 3.0 in 2016 and KDIGO AKI in 2012; 3. Age >=18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Before being admitted to the ICU, regular/irregular dialysis was performed, and the patient was at stage 4-5 CKD; 2. Clinical judgment indicates that renal function cannot be restored due to other factors (such as contrast agents, nephrotoxic drugs, urinary tract obstruction, etc.); 3. Clinical abandonment of treatment/ICU stay <=48 hours; 4. Patients with excessive missing data (missing more than 20%).
