Select patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery with single-lung ventilation, and observe the effects of different ventilation schemes on postoperative pulmonary complications, intraoperative hypoxia, and cardiopulmonary-related adverse reactions.

Interventions

D group:Individualized PEEP + SPO2 to regulate FiO2
C Group:Individualized PEEP + FiO2(0.8)
B Group:Fixed PEEP + SPO2 to regulate FiO2

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective unilateral thoracoscopic surgery requiring one-lung ventilation. 2. Expected operative duration >= 60 minutes. 3. BMI ranging from 18.5 - 35 kg/m^2. 4. ASA physical status I–III. 5. Age 18–80 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe preoperative pulmonary diseases,Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Interstitial fibrosis, active pneumonia ,Acute respiratory distress syndrome, pulmonary bullae; 2. Severe uncontrolled cardiac or renal insufficiency; 3. Medical history of prior thoracotomy or lung resection; 4. The presence of pulmonary bullae or untreated pneumothorax are contraindications for lung re-expansion procedures.
