Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male participants aged 20–30 years; 2. Body mass index (BMI) of 25–35 kg/m², meeting the eligibility range for overweight or obesity in this study; 3. Able to understand the study procedures and voluntarily provide written informed consent; 4. Able to comply with the 12-week training intervention, use of wearable devices, online or offline supervision arrangements, and baseline and post-intervention assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe cardiovascular disease, metabolic disease, or any other condition that makes participation in moderate- to relatively high-intensity exercise unsuitable; 2. Presence of infectious diseases such as hepatitis B or tuberculosis, or any condition considered by the investigators to be unsuitable for participation in group training or study assessments; 3. Presence of psychiatric, psychological, neurological, or other comorbid conditions that may affect cognitive assessment, exercise performance, or study adherence; 4. Long-term smoking or other lifestyle factors that, in the judgment of the investigators, may substantially affect body composition, physical activity, or cognitive outcomes; 5. Recent participation in other structured exercise training, pharmacological weight-loss treatment, or other intervention programs that may affect the study outcomes.
