Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B (HBsAg positive =6 months) before pregnancy or in early pregnancy (=28 weeks, at least two before delivery). 4. Pregnancy resulted in a live birth. 5. Complete clinical data, and the infant completed HBsAg/HBsAb testing at >=7 months of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Co-infection with other viral hepatitis (HCV, HDV, HEV, etc.) or HIV infection. 2. Complicated with decompensated cirrhosis, liver cancer, or severe liver disease. 3. Miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death. 4. Infants who have not completed HBsAg/HBsAb testing at >=7 months of age.
