18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–80 years; 2. Patients received ESD for early esophageal carcinoma or precancerous lesions (intraepithelial neoplasia) in our hospital; 3. Complete preoperative imaging data (contrast-enhanced CT and NBI endoscopic images) and preoperative biopsy pathological reports available; 4. Intact perioperative medical records and postoperative follow-up duration >= 90 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a prior history of esophageal chemoradiotherapy or thoracic surgery; 2. Progressive upper gastrointestinal obstruction caused by non-esophageal neoplastic etiologies (e.g., corrosive injury, congenital malformation); 3. Severe artifacts on preoperative imaging that preclude image feature extraction; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction precluding endoscopic resection, or substantially incomplete clinical data.
