Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years, gender not limited; 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) < 30 kg/m2; 3. ASA grades I to III; 4. Patients undergoing lung resection with pulmonary isolation using a sealing tube; 5. Voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bronchiectasis, empyema, hemothorax, etc. who require convenient negative pressure suction during the operation; 2. CT examination shows: The opening of the bronchus in the upper lobe of the right lung is relatively high, located above the carina. This is observed in the patient. 3. Patients whose lesions involve the main airway or for whom main airway procedures need to be performed during the operation; 4. Weight lower than or higher than the standard weight by 15%; 5. Participated in other drug trials within the past three months.
