Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with coronary heart disease through imaging examinations such as coronary angiography or coronary CT angiography; 3. Had undergone MIP examination during hospitalization;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction without reperfusion treatment; 2. Complicated with severe arrhythmia; 3. Acute heart failure, chronic heart failure in the acute stage; 4. Complicated with severe heart valve disease; 5. Accompanied by other serious systemic diseases (such as malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney diseases, and chronic lung diseases, etc.); 6. Dementia, sequelae of stroke, limb deformity or functional disorder; 7. Undergoing assisted ventilation treatment; 8. Using glucocorticoids and neuromuscular blocking agents for treatment; 9. The patient refused or was lost to follow-up.
