Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants aged 0 to 1 year old who are routinely diagnosed with external hydrocephalus by MRI, and who have neurodevelopmental outcome follow-up (motor and language) at 1 year old and beyond

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Abnormal presentations on cranial MRI, such as hemorrhage, developmental malformations, or parenchymal lesions; 2.Incomplete clinical information; 3.MRI image artifacts; 4.Incomplete follow-up information;
