Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age >= 18 years old; 2.scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia; 3.strictly following the hospital's unified preoperative fasting and water deprivation management requirements; 4.conscious and able to cooperate with bedside gastric ultrasound examination and related information collection; 5.patients and their families understand the content of this study, voluntarily participate, and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.individuals with mental illnesses who are difficult to cooperate with during ultrasound examination; 2.those whose images cannot clearly display the structure of the gastric antrum, thus making it impossible to complete effective measurements; 3.and those who refuse to participate in this study;
