Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for psoriasis according to the "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Psoriasis (2023 Edition)"; 2. 18 years old or above; 3. Clear consciousness, able to communicate normally, and can cooperate to complete scale assessments and psychological interventions; 4. Voluntarily participates in this study and has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those complicated with other severe physical diseases requiring timely diagnosis and treatment (such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, etc.); 2.patients with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction (such as schizophrenia, major depression, Alzheimer’s disease, etc.); 3.those with functional diseases of vital organs such as liver, kidney and heart (such as liver cirrhosis, renal failure, heart failure, etc.); 4.patients combined with other severe skin diseases (such as lupus erythematosus, eczema, etc.) that interfere with the evaluation of skin lesions; 5.pregnant or lactating females; 6.those unable to cooperate with the psychological intervention protocol of this study; 7.those who have received other psychological intervention treatments within the past 3 months;
