18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged between 18 and 75; 2.After polysomnography (PSG), those with an apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) of >= 15 events/hour, or AHI > 5 events/hour with daytime sleepiness or other clinical symptoms, or with one or more comorbidities such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, or diabetes, diagnosed with OSAS; 3,Participants have signed the informed consent form and are willing to cooperate with all examinations and follow-ups throughout the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with severe lung bullae, pneumothorax, mediastinal emphysema, serious coronary heart disease, pathological hypotension, acute otitis media, cerebrospinal fluid leaks, or who have recently suffered a head injury or had brain surgery are all contraindicated for CPAP treatment; 2.Those with severe mental disorders, serious organic diseases, or who are unable to take care of themselves aren’t suitable for follow-up; 3. Anyone who has previously received CPAP treatment for more than 2 weeks in total.
