Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I to III; 2. Age >= 60 years old, gender not limited; 3. Body Mass Index (BMI) : 18-28 kg/m^2; 4. Normal liver and kidney functions; 5. The preoperative mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score is >= 24 points; 6. The estimated operation time is greater than or equal to 1 hour and less than 3 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of stroke, myocardial ischemia or infarction, severe arrhythmia, or heart failure within the past 6 months; 2.Severe systemic diseases or significantly abnormal coagulation function; 3.Contraindications to or refusal of neuraxial anesthesia or pulmonary ultrasound examination; 4.Severe diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys; 5.History of allergy to amide local anesthetics; 6.Electrolyte disturbances; 7.Communication difficulties or psychiatric disorders precluding cooperation; 8.Concurrent surgeries at other anatomical sites; 9.Patients who refuse to participate; 10.History of chronic pain; current use of sedatives, antidepressants, or medications with significant immunomodulatory effects; 11.Preoperative sleep disorders [Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score >= 5].
