18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 - 65 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Duration of psoriasis >= 6 months, PASI score (Psoriasis Area and Severity Index) >= 8 points (moderate or severe skin lesions)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, or severe infectious diseases; 2.Presence of underlying diseases such as lipid metabolism disorders or iron metabolism abnormalities that may interfere with the assessment of lipid metabolism/ferroptosis-related parameters; 3.Pregnancy or lactation.
