Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke according to the diagnostic criteria of the World Health Organization; 2. Acute ischemic stroke within <= 24 hours from the last normal time; 3. The mRS score before the current onset was <= 1 point; 4. Confirmed as acute ischemic stroke of anterior circulation atherosclerotic type by imaging; 5. The patient or his/her legal representative has agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. AIS patients without symptoms or signs; 2. There are aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, etc.; 3. There are central nervous system infections or intracranial tumors; 4. There is a possibility of cognitive impairment or mental illness that may affect the follow-up observation; 5. There are severe infections (such as sepsis) or multiple organ injuries; 6. There are other serious lesions or tumors in other systems; 7. Other situations that the researchers consider may affect the experimental results.
