Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease according to the Chinese Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson’s Disease (2016 edition); 2.Diagnosis of PD-MCI according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Parkinson’s Disease Mild Cognitive Impairment (2020 edition); 3.Age between 45 and 80 years; 4.Hoehn and Yahr stage I–III; 5.Ability to provide written informed consent personally or via a legally authorized representative after full explanation of study procedures, risks, and benefits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Illiteracy; 2.Severe depression or anxiety; 3.Significant visual or hearing impairment; 4.Use of medications that may interfere with cognitive assessment (e.g., trihexyphenidyl); 5.Recent adjustment of antiparkinsonian medications; 6.Contraindications to MRI examination; 7.Contraindications to TMS treatment, including a history of epilepsy or familial epilepsy, acute cerebral hemorrhage, recent traumatic brain injury, or intracranial infection; 8.Parkinson-plus syndromes or secondary parkinsonism; 9.Severe psychiatric disorders or poor general medical condition.
