Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case Group (Patients with chronic schizophrenia) It meets the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia as stipulated in the Fifth Edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5). 2. Disease course >=2 years (chronic schizophrenia); After standardized treatment with antipsychotic drugs, the positive symptoms have been basically controlled, the condition is in a stable period, and there have been no acute attacks in the past three months. 4. Age: 18 to 65 years old; 5. Clear consciousness, capable of cooperating with scale assessment and electroencephalogram (EEG) examination; 6. The patient and their family members have given informed consent, voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form. Healthy control group 1.Age, gender, educational attainment, and intelligence quotient of the Short Form Wechsler Intelligence Scale (FSIQ-4) were comparable to the overall distribution of the case group. The above variables were taken as covariates during the analysis. Matching standard SMD < 0.1; 2. No history of mental illness or family history of mental illness among first-degree relatives; 3. No dependence on psychoactive substances; 4. No serious physical or neurological diseases; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Case Group (Patients with chronic schizophrenia) 1. Combined with severe physical diseases (cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney failure, active infections, etc.) or neurological diseases (epilepsy, brain tumors, sequelae of brain trauma, etc.); 2. There is intellectual disability (IQ<70), severe hearing/vision impairment, and it is impossible to complete the assessment; 3. There are serious impulsive, violent, suicidal or self-harming behaviors, and they are unable to cooperate with the examination. 4. People who are dependent on alcohol or psychoactive substances (except nicotine dependence); 5. Abnormal hearing screening in both ears (affecting the perception of electroencephalogram patterns). Healthy control group Exclusion criteria 1 to 5 for the same case group.
